Grasp the common and frequently-occurring diseases of the urinary system, including etiology, pathogenesis, pathological change(histodiagnosis, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry, ultrastructure change, molecular biological change).

授课主要内容及学时分配：

1．Review　anatomy , histology,  and physiology ,  (20 min)；

2．Primary glomerulonephritis，(150 min)；

3．Tubulointerstitial nephritis，(80 min)；

4．tumours（50min）.

重点：难点及对学生要求（包括掌握、熟悉、了解、自学）

1．Know well of character of differente GN,including gross, histologic,  electron microscopic ,and immunofluocentic change;

2．Know well etiology,  pathogenesis, pathologic changes, complications  of  acute and  chronic  pyelonephritis ；familiar  with  drug-induced glomerulonephritis  and shock kidney.

3．Know well  gross and histologic  types ,metastasis and clinical course of the renal cell carcinoma, Wilms’ tumor  of kidney, and trasitional cell caicinoma of bladder.
