1. Objectives:

（1）                  Master the morphology, life cycle, pathogenesis, symptomatology and diagnostic methods of Schitosoma japonicum，Fasciolopsis buski.

（2）                  Understand the distribution of the two trematodes

（3）                  Become familiar with the epidemiology and prevention of Schitosoma japonicum，Fasciolopsis buski

      （1 ）   Schitosoma japonicum: ①The morphology of adult，egg and cercaria . ②The life cycle. ③The pathogenesis of cercaria , schistosomula and adult. ④The formtion and pathogenesis of egg granuloma. ⑤Concomitant immunity. ⑥The methods of pathogenological and immunological diagnosis. ⑦The epidemiology and prevention of Schitosoma japonicum.

      （2）   Fasciolopsis buski: The morphology of adult and egg, life cycle, pathogenesis and symptomatology, diagnosis, the epidemiology and prevention.
