1. Objectives:

（1）         Understand the morphology, structure, locomotion, nutrition, the feature of matabolization and reproduction of Protozoa. Common parasite and classification.

（2）         Understand the type of life cycle and the feature of pathogenesis of protozoa.

（3）         Master life cycle, pathogenesis, diagnosis and  the morphological characters of E. histolytica cysts and trophozoite which are differentiated from E. coli.

（4）   Understand the epidemiology and prevention of E. histolytica.

（1）         The status of protozoa in the animal kingdom of animal, classification and common and important species.

（2）         The morphology, structure, locomotion, nutrition, the feature of matabolization and reproduction. The type of life cycle and the feature of pathogenesis of protozoa.

（3）   The morphological characters of E. histolytica cysts and trophozoite which are differentiated from E. coli. The life cycle, pathogenesis, diagnosis and of E. histolytica. The epidemiology and prevention of E. histolytica.
